Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
• Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us about any unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. One person may not run multiple accounts to evade limits or moderation.

You may submit a product only if you own it, are authorized by its owner, or are submitting accurate public information about it. By submitting, you confirm that you have the rights to the text, logos, screenshots and other content you provide.

You give ZoraHunt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, resize and promote that content in the directory, in search results, in social previews and in our newsletters, for as long as the listing is published and for a reasonable time afterwards in cached or archived copies.

Listings must be accurate and not misleading. Don’t claim features, prices, awards, customer numbers or ratings that aren’t true. Content suggested by our tools, whether extracted from a website or generated by AI, is a suggestion only. You are responsible for checking it before you submit.

A verified-owner badge shows only that someone proved control of the product’s domain. It is not an endorsement of the product.

We review submissions and may approve, reject, edit for formatting, ask for changes, unpublish or remove any listing, review or account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe harms users. Approval is at our discretion, including for paid listings, and we may decline listings in categories we don’t cover.

• Prices, durations and benefits are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Purchases are one-time payments unless a plan clearly says otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay. A purchase is complete only when the payment provider confirms it, and benefits start when the listing is published or on the campaign start date you chose.
• Time-limited benefits, such as featured placements, end automatically at the end of the purchased period.
• Paid and sponsored placements are labelled as such. Outbound links follow our published link policy and may carry rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow". We do not guarantee any search-engine ranking, traffic, sign-ups or sales.
• If we reject a paid listing before it is published, we refund the payment in full. Other refund requests are handled case by case; contact [email protected].

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with the product. Do not review your own product or a competitor’s, do not post reviews in exchange for payment or incentives without disclosure, and do not post more than one review per product. We may label reviews by people connected to the product and may remove reviews that break these rules.

You agree not to:

• List malware, phishing, scams, illegal products or services, or adult content.
• Post content that infringes others’ rights, or that is defamatory, hateful or harassing.
• Spam, manipulate rankings, votes, clicks or reviews, or create fake accounts.
• Scrape the site in bulk, overload it, or try to get around security or rate limits.
• Use the URL-fetching feature to reach systems you are not authorized to access.

The ZoraHunt name, logo, site design and editorial content belong to us. Product names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify their products.

Listings link to websites and products we don’t control. We are not responsible for them, and a listing is not an endorsement. Check terms, pricing and security before you buy or use a third-party product.

ZoraHunt is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as the content licence for cached copies, disclaimers and limitation of liability, will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update the date above and notify you before they take effect. If you keep using ZoraHunt after that, you accept the updated terms.
