Listing Guidelines
Last updated: 24 October 2026
A person on our team reviews every listing before it goes live. These guidelines explain what we accept, so your submission gets approved quickly and visitors can trust what they find on ZoraHunt.
1. What we list
- Software products: SaaS, AI tools, developer tools, apps, browser extensions and digital products.
- The product must be live and usable (or have a public waitlist with a working website).
- One listing per product. Variants or plans of the same product belong in one listing.
- The website must be the product’s own site. Link shorteners, link-in-bio pages, shared documents and social profiles are not accepted as the main website.
2. Keep it accurate
- Describe what the product actually does today. No invented features, awards, customer logos or metrics.
- Pricing must match the product’s own pricing page.
- Only upload logos and screenshots you have the right to use.
- Keep your listing up to date; we may ask for changes if it becomes outdated.
3. Not allowed
- Malware, phishing, scams, or products that collect data deceptively.
- Illegal products or services, or ones that help people break the law.
- Adult content, gambling, hate, harassment or content that exploits people.
- Impersonating another company or listing someone else’s product as your own.
- Spam: keyword-stuffed descriptions, duplicate listings, or links unrelated to the product.
4. Ownership and verification
Anyone can suggest a product. The company that runs it can claim the listing by proving control of the product’s domain (a DNS record, a meta tag, a file, or a code sent to an email address at the domain). Verified owners get a blue tick and can manage the listing. Changes to the website address of a live listing are reviewed again.
5. Reviews
- Reviews must be based on your own experience of the product.
- Owners and employees can’t review their own product, and must say so if they review a competitor. Paying for reviews or offering anything in return for a positive one is not allowed.
- Owners can reply to reviews publicly. We remove reviews that are fake, abusive or off-topic.
6. Paid placements
Featured and sponsored placements are always labelled as paid, and buying one never changes how we review a listing or how reviews are shown. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for paid plans.
7. Review and removal
We may ask for changes, decline a submission, or unpublish or suspend a listing that breaks these guidelines or our Terms of Service. If you think we got it wrong, reply to our email or contact [email protected]. Anyone can report a listing with “Report this listing” on its page.
