How ZoraHunt works: listings, reviews, verified owners and paid placements
What happens when you submit a product, what the blue verified tick means, how reviews are handled, and how paid placements are kept separate from everything else.

On this page
ZoraHunt is a directory of software, SaaS and AI tools. We want it to be a place where buyers can trust what they read, and where makers can get found without having to game anything. Here's how it works.
Listing a product is free
Paste your website on the submit page and we draft the listing for you: name, description, logo, screenshots, pricing hints and links, read from your public site. You check every field before saving. We respect robots.txt and never sign in to, or get around, a site's protections. If your site can't be read, you fill the details in yourself.
What the blue tick means
Anyone can suggest a product, but the company behind it can claim the listing by proving it controls the product's domain. There are four ways to do it: a DNS record, a meta tag, a small file, or a code sent to an email address at the domain. Free email addresses (like Gmail) don't count, because anyone can get one.
Once verified, the owner gets a blue tick next to the product's name and can manage the listing, reply to reviews and see analytics. If the website address later moves to another domain, the tick is removed until it's verified again.
How reviews work
Reviews come from signed-in users with a verified email address, and they have to be based on real experience. Owners and employees can't review their own product. Paying for reviews, or offering anything in exchange for a positive one, isn't allowed. Owners can reply publicly, and we remove reviews that are fake, abusive or off-topic. The full rules are in our listing guidelines.
Paid placements are labelled, always
Makers can pay for extra visibility, such as a featured spot or a category sponsorship. Paid placements are always labelled as featured or sponsored, they're time-limited, and they never change how a listing is reviewed or how its reviews are shown. Outbound links from paid placements carry the standard rel="sponsored" attribute. Prices are public on the pricing page.
Analytics without tracking
Owners can see page views and website clicks for their listing. We count these without cookies: nothing is stored in your browser and you aren't followed across sites. Our cookie policy lists the only cookies we use, which keep you signed in and secure.
Found something wrong?
Every product page has Suggest an edit and Report this listing buttons. Reports go straight to our moderators. If you're the owner and something's out of date, claim the listing and fix it directly.
Have feedback about ZoraHunt itself? We'd love to hear it on our contact page.
